historic downtown, the center is in Athens’ oldest surviving residence,
the Church-Waddel-Brumby House.

Maximum Capacity: 70 people (standing reception)
Fees:
$100.00 refundable deposit plus $20/hour for every hour of use
exceeding normal hours of operation plus:
$250.00 for non-ACHF members
$200.00 for ACHF members
$150.00 for nonprofits
$125.00 for students
Rental
includes use of the four room house, back porch, patio area, and
community room.
Community room rental only: $50/hour
